By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our Services.
3. Account Registration

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
- Our store sells digital products, including the WordSentinel plugin.
- Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- License keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
- Price Changes:
- Nexsol Technologies reserves the right to modify subscription or license prices at any time.
- Any price change will apply only to new purchases or renewals and will not affect active subscriptions that have already been paid for.
- Subscribers will be notified in advance (at least 30 days) of any price change before their next renewal, giving them the option to cancel before renewal if they do not agree with the new price.
5. Refund & Returns Policy
As our products are digital, we generally do not provide refunds once a license key or download has been delivered.

6. Use of the WordSentinel Plugin
- You may install and use WordSentinel on the number of websites allowed by your purchased license.
- You must not attempt to bypass license verification.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, distribute, or modify the plugin except as permitted by law.
- Disclaimer: While WordSentinel is designed to enhance the security of your website, no software can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, or data breaches. You acknowledge and agree that:
- WordSentinel is provided as a tool to reduce, not eliminate, security risks.
- Nexsol Technologies is not liable for any successful intrusion, attack, or breach of your website, even when the plugin is correctly installed and up to date.
- It remains your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate security measures, including updates, backups, firewalls, and monitoring.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, trademarks, branding, and content) remain the property of Nexsol Technologies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
- Breach these Terms,
- Fail to pay subscription fees, or
- Engage in unlawful activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexsol Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
- Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities,
- Any damages resulting from security breaches, malware infections, hacking incidents, or other unauthorized access to your website, whether or not WordSentinel was in use at the time.
Our total liability under these Terms shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the license of WordSentinel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. No Warranty
The Services, including the WordSentinel plugin, are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free,
- The Services will detect or prevent all security threats, intrusions, or breaches,
- Any errors or defects will be corrected.
You acknowledge that the entire risk arising out of your use of the Services remains with you.
11. Security Ratings Disclaimer
The security ratings displayed by our products are generated automatically through the Mozilla Observatory service. These ratings are provided for informational purposes only.
Nexsol Technologies does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or interpretation of the results provided by Mozilla Observatory. For more details, please refer to the Mozilla Observatory Terms of Service.
Customers are encouraged to independently verify their website’s security configuration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with jurisdiction in Geneva.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
If a change materially affects your existing subscription or renewal terms (including pricing), we will notify you by email or through your account dashboard at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
